TWIN WATERS PARK AND RESERVE

Public BBQ

The location offers a tranquil haven for both individuals and families. With tracks that loop around a picturesque pond, it's an excellent place for walking, appreciated by both dog owners (dogs must be on leashes) and parents of toddlers. The tame ducks are a delightful sight and they warmly welcome bread crumbs. A notable feature is the playground, which while lacking shade over the swings, is secured with a comforting fence for the young ones. In addition, the children's play area boasts a variety of swings. The reserve's origin as a quarry is a testament to the incredible transformation achieved by dedicated efforts. While it provides a serene escape, it's conveniently close to town, making it an ideal spot for picnics or a brief nature walk. One can even spot kangaroos on their strolls, adding to the area's charm. Overall, it's a splendid, family-friendly reserve with much to offer.
